The registration of our Training Centre took place in February 2006 and houses what is the most modern, up-to-date professional industrial catering and management training facility available in Zimbabwe. The centre has expansive food preparation and cooking areas, together with full audio and visual training facilities. Staff are additionally trained to work with a full range of gas and electrical catering and cooking equipment.
We are recognized by the Ministry of Higher & Tertiary Education as a training institution and are registered to offer certificate and trade test courses. In addition to this, the centre trains staff in various fields of basic and advance food hygiene, HACCP, cookery and baking techniques as well as customer care, company emergency readiness and first aid training. Relevant training courses are also designed and implemented for all Management and Directors of Tsebo.
